Services in the airport of St.Petersburg


Pulkovo Airport is one of the most developed airports in Russia. It offers wide range of services to the tourists who concerned about Petersburg flights. Both terminals of the airport have departure and arrival services. There are services for VIP-passengers, which include business lounges with telephony and facsimile, newspapers and magazines in various languages.

Departure services in Pulkovo I include departure lounge, individual check-in of passengers and baggage, delivery of passengers to the aircraft by personal car, providing information about the weather conditions in the airport of departure and destination. Arrival services include delivering of passengers from the aircraft by personal car, VIP-baggage check-in and many others.

Pulkovo II is the terminal, where most of the international flights are handled. This terminal offers wide range of paid services for business travelers. The terminals offer post-office, internet, telephone and fax services to the passengers who visit Russia. Post-office services include receiving of ordinary, registered and international mail, receiving of postal parcels, money transfers, telegrams, telephone calls, payment for money orders and photocopy.
